Advocate
Tiffany is on a mission to disrupt trauma as a Certified Trauma Support Specialist and help those willing to do the work heal, change, and transform their life by healing past trauma. She is a disrupter who raises awareness and advocates for those whose voices have not been heard. This has become Tiffany's purpose work. A social disruptor, she is committed to having hard conversations, building a community for healing, and pushing the pendulum toward awareness and healing resources.

The work that Tiffany did to get healed opened her eyes to advocacy. It was during her healing journey that she discovered there were a lot more people who grew up in domestic violence homes. Forty million, to be exact, while an estimated 275 million are still growing up in these homes today.
Tiffany is the Founder and Executive Director of the 501(c)(3) D.O.V.E.S. Network ®, which stands for Daily Overcoming Violence & Embracing Safety. D.O.V.E.S. Network ®'s mission is to empower and support teens affected by Childhood Domestic Violence (CDV) and sexual abuse through intervention and prevention pathways.
Tiffany is open to community collaboration, panel discussions, and keynote talks.
